2 lobster tails (about 6-8 oz each)

2 packs of ramen noodles (fresh or dried)

2 boiled eggs (optional, for garnish)

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

1/4 cup mushrooms (shiitake or oyster), sliced

1 tablespoon nori (seaweed) strips, for garnish

1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

For the Garnish:

Fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped

How to Make

Step 1: Prepare the Lobster

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the lobster tails and cook for about 5-7 minutes, until they turn bright red and the meat is opaque.
